Cash on Delivery (for Greece only)

Payment upon receipt of the order at its place (cash on delivery only for Greece) at the time you receive the products. Pay the transport employee by delivering her order at her place. Payment Security

Manis I. – Natsiou H. OE does not have access to your bank details, and does not store information about your bank or your credit / debit card. Therefore please enter your payment details in every order you place with us.

Execution of orders

Systasi.eu makes every effort to ensure that all orders are executed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed Friday after 15:00, Saturday and Sunday are shipped Monday – Tuesday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days.

Tradition

For the delivery of your purchases we cooperate with recognized courier companies. Deliveries throughout Greece are made by Courier and the estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 working days. Estimated time is indicative and may vary on islands and remote areas.

Express shipments abroad are made by an international Courier company and are delivered in 2-6 working days. Estimated delivery time may vary in some countries.

Standard overseas shipments are made by Courier and are delivered in 8-11 working days. Estimated delivery time may vary in some countries.

Deliveries to mailboxes can not be made. Systasi.eu is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions or other circumstances beyond its control.

When your order is sent, you receive an e-mail, with the bill of lading number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment on the site of the cooperating courier.

How to return

Purpose of Mani I. – Natsiou H. OE to which systasi.eu belongs is to be completely satisfied with your purchases. In any case, you have the right to withdraw, which is described in detail below, and to return the products if you follow the following procedure.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within an exclusive period of twenty (20) calendar days, from the day you or a third party designated by you received the products and you can choose between change of type or refund.

You have the right to return the products you bought, without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 20 days from the date you receive the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, along with the retail receipt or invoice. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products, which will result from your own improper handling. Upon receipt of the returned products, Systasi.eu will check their status. The quality of the repackaging of the product is your responsibility.

In any case, we have the right to delay the return of the money, until we receive the products back and check their condition, which should be excellent, as it was when they were sent.

Systasi.eu reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and / or are not sent in accordance with the terms of return stated and the instructions that accompany each order. In case of unapproved or unacceptable returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.

PRODUCT RETURN

Money return

Refunds are made immediately after the returned items are received and checked (1-3 working days). Refunds are only made to the original credit card or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. In case the purchase has been made by cash on delivery, the amount of the refund will be deposited in a bank account indicated by the customer.

Refunds in case of payment by COD (valid only for Greece).

In case you paid by cash on delivery, in the Withdrawal Statement you must also fill in all the necessary information about the bank account (account number, IBAN of the same account and name of the beneficiary), to which you will be credited the money of the returned purchase and your refund will be made to the account number you will tell us.
